
You may return your products within 10 days if you are not satisfied with it. Products must be returned in its original condition for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges will only be credited if the error was on our part. To process your returns please follow these steps:
1. Please indicate the reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of the product.
2. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the returned product with. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned item, and then charged for the replacement item. Be sure to include the product (s) name, number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the product (s) must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.
3. Place all the original packaging in the return box and the copy of the invoice.
4. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship with a return receipt or tracking number for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. Please be sure to insure the return package of product (s) for the full value paid.
5. Once your product (s) return is received, it will be reviewed and processed with 15 business days. Mixcoa.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your credit card within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction.
6. If your purchase entitled you to free shipping based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the threshold that allowed you to have free shipping, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the original order.
7. If your purchase entitled you to a free gift based on the total of your order, and your returns drop the total of your order below the free gift threshold, we ask that you return the gift. If you would like to keep the gift, we would charge you the value of the gift, which is stated on our free gift offer.
8. Every once in a while, a customer will place an order, we will process and ship the order, and the package comes back to us marked “refused”. We will charge a 25% restocking fee on the total of the merchandise that was refused.
